FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q1: What are the earrings made out of?

-They are made out of polymer clay, which is a very lightweigth material. Say goodbye to tired ears after a long day of wearing earrings!

Q2: What backing do you use?

- We predominantly use surgical stainless stell (whcih is often used after piercing is done), to reduce any allergy issues. However, if you have any issues please contact us we also offer plastic or sterling silver backings as well (Sterling silver for an extra fee, plastic for no extra charge)

Q3: I do not have my ears pierced. Do you offer clip on earrings?

- Yes, we do! You can select any style as they are all available in clip-on version. We just need an extra day to modify the backing before we can send it out!

Q4: I need the package urgently, can you ship it quickly?

- Yes, what you see on the website is ready to ship from order being placed in the next working day.

Q5: How do you maintain to be zero waste?

- All materials get used up on our processes - nothing goes to waste, with some left over clays we can always create something new and more unique than it was first intended to be!

Q6: Do you offer free returns?

- Sadly at this moment no.The current flat rate of the return is 3 GBP. However, as the business grows, we will review this policy in the future.

Q7: How long do i have to return it?

- You have the statutory 28 calendar days return policy.
